Alpha Systems Metal Stamping

Alpha Systems Corp. facilities include a full service stamping shop. Our stamping shop consists of six presses of varying sizes. Tooling can be disigned to stamp any size sheet of metal (from 1"x1" to appoximately 36"x48") into almost any shape that tooling can be built for with the smallest of tolerances. Stamping enables us to form shapes that are not round and symmetrical out of the metal medium. An added benefit to stamping is the fact that it is faster than spinning, and there are more options such as punching holes at the same time as the shaping takes place. Some of the products currently formed in our stamping shop are individual pieces that will eventually become metal decorative pine cones, vending machine bases, faces of metal speaker boxes, and metal diaphragms.
